Due to the delicate and custom nature of bridal merchandise, we have established a return and exchange policy that reflects industry standards and ensures fairness for both our clients and our designers.
Please note that all sales made through our online boutique are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to wedding gowns, veils, headpieces, jewelry, gloves, belts, and any other accessories. Bridal garments are highly specialized items, often custom-ordered or limited in availability, and therefore not eligible for return. We strongly encourage all clients to reach out to us before making a purchase if there are any uncertainties about sizing, fit, or customization. Our team is more than happy to provide guidance to ensure that you feel confident and supported throughout your shopping experience.
We understand that plans can change, but due to the quick processing of bridal orders and our commitment to timely production schedules, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been submitted to the designer. If you do need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be modified or canceled, as production will already be underway. For rush orders, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances, as they are immediately submitted and fast-tracked through the designer’s production system.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide a description of the issue along with photos and your order number so we can assess the situation as quickly as possible. If it is determined that an error occurred on our part or the designer’s part, we will take immediate steps to correct the issue. Please understand that minor imperfections, such as slight irregularities in lace or beading, are often inherent to the artisanal craftsmanship of bridal garments and do not qualify as defects.
Shipping timelines provided at the time of your order are estimates based on the information provided by our designers and shipping partners. While we do our best to ensure your dress or accessory arrives on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once the item leaves our store or our designer’s warehouse, it is in the hands of third-party carriers. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your wedding or event to account for any potential delays.
For clients who place their orders in-store, your purchase will be subject to the terms outlined in the contract signed at the time of sale. Please refer to your in-store agreement for all relevant terms regarding production, alterations, pickups, and delivery. These contracts are legally binding and designed to ensure transparency for both parties.
